The Pilates Lab is an intimate, friendly and
professionally run home studio based in Mill Hill, Barnet, North London, offering small group matwork pilates classes (maximum 8 in a group) and one to one private mat session, or private Tower sessions (On the Equipment)
Whatever level of fitness, irrespective of age, The Pilates
Lab is here to help you!
Beginners will learn the basics of pilates including correct
breathing, pelvic, spinal and shoulder stabilisation and how to
strengthen the abdominals, back and leg muscles.
During the pilates classes you are taught good movement skills step by step, which will
ultimately give you the strength and flexibility to perform the
more complex exercises.
As Pilates is a continual learning process, more challenging
exercises will gradually be introduced as you progress on to the
intermediate and advanced level of the more classical matwork.
